Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Marketing. This person will play a critical role in owning and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness/recognition, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is technological savvy, a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven marketer with a robust understanding of SaaS and B2B marketing best techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of total marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer retention and growth.
  • Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and communicate company s unique value proposition, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives through effective inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Customer Acquisition and Conversion: Work with sales and product teams to enhance the customer acquisition funnel, leveraging data-driven insights to drive higher conversion rates and more revenue growth.
  • Marketing Operations and Analytics: Create processes and systems to track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities and make informative strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate updates, roadmap plans, and project statuses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions within the SaaS industry.

Previous start-up experience is required.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and improve marketing performance.

Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives.

Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.

Work Authorization: Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
