OVERNIGHT CAREGIVER NEEDED IN MORGANTOWN
MUST PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.
MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND INSURED VEHICLE
Caregiver (PCA) - SUPERHEROS including lapsed CNA, HHA, STNA certifications
Salary: $14.00 per hour. Credit for experience at a verifiable agency or facility experience translates into $$ on your per-hour rate
Shift Type: Full Time & Part Time OVERNIGHTS

- Additional training to grow in knowledge, expertise, and responsibility-
- Professional Caregivers - SUPERHEROS may be chosen to participate in Nurse-led training to assist in nurse-delegated procedures (dependent on client demand)
You will provide services in accordance with an established plan of care, including but not limited to:- Assisting with transferring/moving clients from place to place throughout their home
- Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning the bathroom
- Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions and specialized diets
- Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
- Personal Care: Bathing, Showering, Dressing, Shaving, Assistance with Dressing
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Dementia care
- Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
- Observe and Report changes in the client's condition or intake condition
- Checking vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen
- Assisting with change of ostomy appliances
- Reinforcement of dressings (non-sterile)
- Measuring intake and output
Qualifications and Skills for our Caregiver Professionals SUPERHEROS:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D Certificate Preferred
- Must be able to pass a background, fingerprint, and drug screening
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for job
- Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds without assistance
- Have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
- Current and valid CPR and First Aid
