Marketing Manager, Enterprise Accounts

The Marketing Manager will partner with the Enterprise Account (EA) team to develop targeted campaigns that support business development, sales velocity and account expansion across the Enterprise Account portfolio. The manager will collaborate with EA leadership to prioritize accounts for engagement, develop plans and content for omni-channel account-based marketing, execute and optimize tactics and report on KPIs. The position is also responsible for supporting the Strategic Account Management (SAM) and Regional Account Management (RAM) teams with targeted marketing campaigns. For all accounts under the manager's purview, the manager will develop testimonials with customers to promote the WSMM brand and demand generation activities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Partner with EA leadership team to develop and execute marketing programs focused on driving brand preference and demand generation in existing as well as new EA customers.
  • Develop account-based content that clearly articulates WSMM value propositions, enabling EA sales to successfully position offerings and drive WSMM growth. Partner with marketing and other stakeholder teams to develop content/materials to support EA needs. Promote, and share effective content across the EA team.
  • Partner with SAM and RAM leadership teams to develop and execute marketing programs focused on driving brand preference and demand generation in existing as well as new EA customers.
  • Manage the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across the various channels for the EA team as needed.
  • Work across departments and external agencies to develop specific client-facing marketing content.
  • Partner with Ops/Analytics colleagues to analyze marketing performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain budget and resources effectively to maximize return on investments
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications; 8+ yrs. experience in strategic marketing campaign and content development, execution, and optimization. Related industry experience desired.


Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience creating product/service-related content leveraging input from multiple stakeholders and other sources of insight
  • Experience partnering with business leadership to translate objectives into omni-channel account-based marketing campaigns that support brand and demand generation
  • Experience analyzing campaign and optimizing marketing to drive performance
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Results oriented
