**Front Desk Supervisor**

We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat personality, who has the gift of gab, is quick with a smile and genuinely loves working with the public. The candidate must thrive on being helpful, empathetic, and courteous throughout the entire guest experience.
Experience in hotel reservations is a must, IqWare software experience preferred, but not required.
Guest Services Supervisor Essential Functions:
* Check guests in and out and answer all their questions for information and assistance.
* Communicate with other departments to fulfill our guest needs.
* Monitor reservations made and house count as well as the status of our guests account.
* Update information in the computer systems as needed (i.e., post charges).
* Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
* Act as Manager-On-Duty when assigned.
* Answer all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts. If unable to handle, contact department manager or MOD.
* Verify all shift work and deposits.
* Assist in the training and development of new Front Desk Clerks.
* Follow checklist for required duties and timelines.
* Read, pass on log and communicate with previous shift.
* Run reports and complete them, i.e., high balance, cash basis, etc.
* Authorize credit cards and checks.
* Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
