We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our team of Call Center Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring our team to meet and exceed company standards. You will ensure that our call center meets production requirements for transferred calls and maintains high-quality call standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing and mentoring Associates for promotion to Mortgage Banker Trainees. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead by example. Responsibilities

Inspire and lead a large team of Call Center Associates to meet and exceed company standards
Ensure your team meets production requirements for transferred calls
Maintain high-quality call standards
Monitor call volume, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments
Prepare and mentor Associates for promotion to Mortgage Banker Trainees
Perform additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong English-speaking skills are a must
Minimum of two years of Call Center Management experience, preferably in a sales-focused environment
Positive attitude and the ability to motivate others
Confident leadership with a lead-by-example approach
Self-motivated team player
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Organizational skills and efficiency
Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
