Sectr Partners are currently working with a leading Veterinary group looking to hire a Group Veterinary Director in Virginia.
Responsibilites:
- Manage the hospitals within their assigned region to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
- Support and mentor clinicians on medical best practice
- Responsible for strategic planning - maximize productivity of hospitals while providing unmatched customer experience
- This is a 50% clinical role
Requirements:
- DVM, active licence to practice in Virginia
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Oncology or Radiology
- +5 years clinical experience
- +3 years leadership expeirence, multi-site leadership preferred
