Location: Allentown; PA

6-12 months contract with further extension

An Overview:

Plumlogix (A Salesforce Partner) is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will be part of a highly skilled Salesforce cloud capability group, working for clients across various industry verticals, to develop high-end solutions, involving configuration and customization.
You should have decent verbal and communication qualities and be able to present and communicate technical designs and solutions to peers. You should interact clearly with clients and the on-shore and off-shore project teams.
You should be able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines. You should have an exceptional written skill for solution documentation creation for both technical and non-technical materials.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter).
Provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform to meet expected quality standards.
Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design.
Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to meet client requirements.
Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases.

Requirements:

4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing Salesforce cloud applications.
Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices)
Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members' components, test plans and results and help them with gaps.
Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.

Set Yourself Apart With:

SF Developer/Admin/Architect certification
Knowledge on Agile methodology and desired tools like Jira, confluence etc.
Experience working in any Salesforce cloud environment like SFCC, SFSC etc.
Excellent written, verbal communication and articulation skills & Good team player
Self-starter and self-learner with keen interest to grow.
Process orientation and the ability to define and setup processes.
Ability to provide necessary coaching to bring team members up to speed on the technology.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with excellent personal ownership of problem resolution.
