Job Summary:

As a multi-site Property Associate, you take the initiative to address issues and find a solution, are self-motivated, and detail oriented. You are supporting the Regional and Property Managers with completing tasks to ensure optimum performance for each property within the portfolio. You may perform marketing and leasing-based tasks, conduct unit and property inspections, post & deliver notices, and provide exceptional customer service with all internal and external clients.

$20.00 per hour

Requirements

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist the team in the creation and management of marketing collateral for available units.
  • Assist prospective residents with information regarding the rental process, including guest card management and the review and processing of applications.
  • Conduct in-person showings and coordinate virtual showings for prospective residents on available units.
  • Assist residents with the move-in and move-out process, including conducting inspections, collecting the necessary move-in information and funds, and providing keys and other items.
  • Assist the team as needed or assigned with lease renewal management and rent increase management, as well as market analysis research.
  • Answer telephone, return missed calls, check voicemail, prospect follow up.
  • Responding to and managing resident complaints and/or service issues and coordinating with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
  • Compile multiple daily or weekly reports.
  • Provide written and verbal communication to team, prospects, vendors, and residents.
  • Generate and post resident communication notices.
  • Internal inspections, including the regular inspection of vacant units to ensure cleanliness and readiness for viewing, as well as taking photographs for marketing.
  • External property walks for both health & safety, as well as cleanliness and marketability, including the creation of work orders as necessary.
  • Collect coins from common area laundry facilities on the property.
  • Other tasks as needed.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing multi-lingual ability a plus
  • Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Regular, consistent and timely attendance required


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (or GED), or equivalent experience required
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • AppFolio experience a plus
