**Customer Relationship Marketing Manager**
**Redmond, WA / Remote**
Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a highly motivated **Customer Relationship Marketing Manager** to support our clients growing e-commerce business in Redmond. Youll bring your drive, innovation, and experience to support the Small to Medium Business Customer Relationship Management marketing programs.
**Project Overview**
In this role, youll execute CRM emails focused on driving in-store and online traffic/revenue, leveraging, and building compelling post-purchase customer journey experiences and upsells, ultimately converting traffic to sales.
**Responsibilities**
The primary role of SMB CRM Marketing Manager is to help drive revenue through email campaign execution including end-to-end management of messaging. In addition, you will:
* Support the global SMB email strategy to drive revenue and engagement, covering digital and physical goods.
* Drive and monitor email campaign execution across email campaigns including creative briefs, feedback consolidation, LCA reviews, and functional reviews.
* Drive product launches from end to end and work across the organization to drive a successful and cohesive message.
* Consult on design, cadence, and targeting/segmentation to drive optimization campaigns to achieve/exceed goals/targets (engagement, revenue, demand, and customer acquisition).
* Act as team lead and help manage entry level vendor day-to-day.
* Miscellaneous projects as appropriate.
**Requirements**
* Hands-on email experience: 2+ years.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
* Ability to manage and partner with external agencies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop.
* Knowledge and use of Microsoft products.
* Ability to assess business priorities effectively.
* Retail experience is a big plus.
* Great attention to detail.
**Education**
* A BA/BS degree in technical field or related discipline preferred.
