**Warehouse Supervisor**
**Reports To: Warehouse Manager Department: Warehouse**
**Location:** **West Chester OH** **Position Type:** **Full Time**
**Classification: Exempt** **Shift: Mid Shift**
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the warehouse, material handling and inventory activities in a safe and productive work environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure appropriate zoning, training, and safety standards are met daily. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for meeting daily operational goals and work towards increase output. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
**Required Qualifications**
* 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
* Computer literate with minimum basic Excel, Word and Outlook or other email software.
* Ability to motivate team efforts to accomplish goals.
**Desired Qualifications**
* Food industry experience preferred.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
* Certification in material handling equipment such as forklift or other lifting devices.
**Responsibilities**
* Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to select and receive. products at the facility in a productive and cost-efficient manner.
* Responsible for warehouse inventory accuracy ensuring that RF procedures are followed. Expectation is 99% or greater.
* Directs the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
* Maintains audit ready facility at all times capable of achieving an SQF Level 3 top percentage rating. 100% is expectation.
* Generates and/or monitors warehouse productivity reports, in regard to production downtime related to warehouse issues and accounts for all labor hours. Adheres to budget requirements for warehouse labor including headcount and authorized overtime.
Motivates/monitors employees to assure no production down time is caused by warehouse.
