Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Maintain positive customer relationships

* Create business contacts for company growth

* Mail letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.

* Confers with customers both in person and by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of contract with customer.

* Contacts delinquent account customers in person.

* Record and communicate information about status of collection efforts.

* Sorts and files correspondence.

* Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account.
