Basic Job Functions:
  • Evaluates all accounts payable balances and solves payment discrepancies
  • Review A/R aging and resolve past due transactions
  • Oversee cash application process for accuracy and timeliness
  • Completes intercompany billing and reconciliations
  • Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure accuracy of customer billing
  • Assists with month end close as needed
  • Prepare journal entries for any items requiring posting to the general ledger
  • Provides assistance and support for all accounting functions within the company as necessary
  • Special projects as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience in a business environment
  • Ability to adapt to changes in work priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and profitability
  • Proven communication skills both verbal and written, organization and planning skills
