Reliable: Manage time, to ensure being at work on time and effectively get the job done.What you will do:As the Production Scheduler, you will assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.Understand work flow within manufacturing processesRun Daily Plan and other standardized tools to assist the value stream leadershipWork with Value stream purchaser and review at appropriate frequencies; raw material Purchase Orders (Pos) and sub component POsMonitor aged WIP, Open balances on POs and Receive/ Inspect inventoriesEnsure the data integrity of all planning models and Oracle systemsWork with PTL to plan production resources, OT levels, Resource Level Loading, and WIP InventoriesCut routers to the floor, archive routers, cycle counts on WHs, and Raw material storage/ Lot controlQuickly address issues via counter -measures/ trouble-shooting with focus on root cause continuous improvement planningMeet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends What you need:High school diploma or GED, requiredThree (3) years relevant manufacturing experience, requiredExperience working in a GMP environment, preferably in the Medical Device industry, preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email), preferredTravel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
