We are recruiting a Provisioner to join our team in Temecula, CA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and provisioning processes to ensure the availability of necessary materials, supplies, or services for the organization's operations. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and optimizing the supply chain to meet organizational needs.

Your main missions will be the following:
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with requesters to support them in generating Purchase Requests (PR). Support requesters in getting receipts and finance in generating payments to suppliers. Manage operational issues stemming from receptions and invoices. Promote internally the respect of Symbio P2P process.
Provide expertise in the management of purchasing systems [i.e. using an ERP in order to transform Purchase Requests into Purchase Orders, establish and maintain suppliers and components key data]. Propose improvements of the tools dedicated to these functionalities, for P2P efficiency and internal customer satisfaction.
Support Purchasers to manage catalogs, distributors and Class C articles.
Coordinate with production in order to forecast direct procurement needs. Establish a forecasting plan with key direct suppliers.
Calculate needs of direct materials in order to ensure on time ordering and deliveries in order to satisfy constant production needs. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of direct materials to prevent shortages or excesses. Implement inventory management systems and practices to track stock levels and reorder points. Monitor available components with suppliers.
Ensure timely and effective answers from suppliers to our orders and OTIF delivery to the requesters. Support Purchasers and Quality in managing claims to suppliers or in any other daily matters.
Support quality, upon request, on managing claims to suppliers, reports non conformities related to its field of activities such as non-respect of order conditions or wrong documentations.
Coordinate logistics and shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of materials or supplies. Work with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution processes. Track and communicate order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays to internal clients.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

The profile we are looking for:

Experience: Proven experience in provisioning, and / or supply chain management preferred. Experience within the automotive industry or similar industry preferred. Knowledge or previous experience with automotive vendors/suppliers preferred.

Skills: Strong operational and communication skills High degree of organization Familiarity with suppliers and vendors in the automotive industry (mechanical, electrical, controls) Knowledge of procurement software and inventory management systems Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 USD to $85,000 USD. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
