A Current Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license by the State is REQUIRED. Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Tasks:

As an Certified OccupationalTherapist (COTA) at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients. The occupational therapy assistant (a person licensed to assist in the practice of occupational therapy, who works under the supervision of an occupational therapist, and whose license is in good standing) performs patient related activities. Services may include but are not limited to purposeful activities or interventions to maximize the independence and the maintenance of health of any individual who is limited by a physical injury or illness, a cognitive impairment, a psychosocial dysfunction, a mental illness, a developmental or learning disability, or an adverse environmental condition
