To learn more about Baptist Health, visit us at The Floor Care Technician shall be responsible for floor finishing, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning. This individual shall complete all tasks assigned on a daily basis for areas within the Baptist Health hospital and non-hospital facilities. This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.Description
- High School diploma or equivalent required. At least one year floor care experience preferable. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. License / Certification required: none? Must be able to interact with all levels of peers, customers and management. ? Must be able to work safely around chemicals, dust and be flexible with begin and end shift time. ? Must be flexible with scheduled work times to meet customer demands as well. ? Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards. ? Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. ? Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. ? Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards. ? Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control. ? Ability to maintain a professional and customer centric composure in difficult or challenging situations. ? Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated. ? Ability to prioritize workload to achieve maximum efficiency.
