PRN Occupational Therapist Oportunity
* 1:1 treatments - about 1 patient per hour
* No nights, holidays or weekends required

What You'll Do
- Using your extensive expertise - and sincere desire to help people - to evaluate and treat active older adult Patients
- Provide individual therapy in our in house outpatient clinics
- Connect with family members, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care and deliver successful outcomes
- Receive support, training and advice from our clinical practice team
- Inspire your Patients to set and reach goals, so they can live their best life
- Be proactive identifying the patients needs and acting on them
- Act as your Patient's health and wellness coach to advance them to through their best life
- Use your expertise to independently and creatively to create the road map to your Patient achieving their goals.
- Maintains documentation of services in the medical record.
- Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis in restorative techniques.
What You'll Bring - Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. Also Referred to as: OT, OTR/L, OTR, MOT, MSOT, DOT
- Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in the field of physical disabilities working as a therapist.
- Interest in sub-acute, geriatric rehabilitation and general rehabilitation.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist necessary to work in Long Term Care.
