Parts and Service Representative
Job Type Full-time Description **WHO WE ARE:**
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!
**WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:**
Support Rockland Parts & Service Department By:
* Providing world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates
* Communicating effectively with heavy equipment dealership sales, service, parts, and maintenance teams
* Resolving customer complaints and providing technical support to customers
* Maintaining case details in Rocklands customer complaint reporting system
* Reviewing warranty claims, service estimates, and work orders
* Providing quotes for replacement parts and services
* Creating and processing sales orders
* Documenting warranty action plans and resolutions and collaborating with the internal teams to prevent issues
* Providing follow-up support to Rockland customers
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Time management, planning, organizational and task execution skills
* Ability to multitask, adapt and be flexible with changing priorities
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Two years of experience in a customer service or product support role
* ERP experience
* Desire to learn
