Santoni is currently seeking a Regional Trade & Marketing Director in New York City to coordinate the Santoni Americas business (north, south, centre America and including Canada). This position will deliver full-scale plans and activations across new and core product assortment, increasing brand awareness in the region and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt and execute global marketing strategy effectively and innovatively suitable for the US market to create awareness and demand for the brand
- Ensure perfect brand execution of all brand initiatives (360 new launches / KCPs and animations)
- Review and influence market trade and marketing plans.
- Work with the global team and relevant internal departments to improve brand s approach in B2C, B2B, and B2E communication
- Local support for the Trade Marketing team in coordinating all local partners activities
- Align cross-functions on specific market needs in terms of assets and initiatives.
- Present fresh ideas and campaigns and constantly work on a strong media network
- Identify and pursue opportunities for organic and new business growth as a global brand
- Identifies logical extensions of national programs into scalable, customizable National and Regional Chain Account opportunities
- Works with agencies to drive the timely and effective delivery and execution of programs
- Consolidate new launch feedbacks (what worked / didn t work / what is possible) and feedback the multi-functional teams.
- Interacts with sales and conducts regular market visits to keep current on market trends, proactively making program recommendations to optimize opportunities and mitigate threats
- Monitor commercial readiness , propose mitigation plan, and escalated if needed.
- Ensure retail excellence and implementation of global merchandising strategy.
- Utilize established connections in relevant communities of retailers, partners, socialites and/or KOL relations to advance specific trade activities or client programs
- Facilitate and own the development, timing, and execution of all global POS, sampling initiatives, creative asset delivery to the Regional partners & marketing teams, working cross-functionally with necessary departments of Global Marketing, Creative, and Operations.
- Identifying opportunities for localized activations and all levers needed for activation.
- Utilize competitive reference in the marketplace, develop and prepare creative briefs detailing the objectives, competitive landscape, target demographics and information pertinent to the project.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing on developing and executing event strategy in primary retail locations.
- Collaborate with PR team creating and keeping updated brand and product sheets working to create training materials and presentations that can be used at the local level.
- Partner with in-house teams to bring new programs to market.
- Ensures alignment and cohesive in-store presentation for new launches, planograms, in-store event ideas, etc.

- Have 10+ years experience with significant experience working within Fashion

Salary Range: $80k - $100k
