Tasks:
Challenging and varied work that fosters continuous development of your technical, interpersonal, and project analysis skills. Common tasks may include:
- Client Project support for change control tracking and facilitation, supporting the process and tools consistently.
- Client project support for deliverables tracking, monitoring and facilitation, supporting the process and tools consistently.
- Supporting PMO related activities for metrics and reporting processes as needed
- Quality control/proofreading/editing
- Presentation and written documentation/communication preparation
- The opportunity to provide advanced level support in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as serve as the Microsoft application expert to our client teams

Qualifications:
- Experience in working on an SAP project is required
- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating several projects at one time
- Ability to take full ownership of assigned work
- The innate desire to produce high-quality work and earn respect
- Flexibility: able to adapt to different people and work assignments
- A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
- A learning orientation
- Strong interpersonal and project/time management skills
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or PowerPoint; Microsoft certification a plus
- Experience with MS-Project would be a plus
- Experience providing administrative support to multiple parties simultaneously
