Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - *$2,500 SIGNING BONUS*

- Start Date: Immediately
- 3 Week Rotating Schedule:
* 1 late night shift/week (7 or 8pm)
* Every 3-4 weeks, must work weekends
* 1 weekend / 3 weeks
Salary: Starting at $115,000 + bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
