**Property Sales Assistant**

We are seeking a Sales Assistant for our property located near Bradenton, Florida who will assist the property manager in increasing tenants occupancy.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure homesites are properly repaired and cleaned to be shown for sale.
* Communicate with current and prospective tenants regarding the home sales process.
* Review, contact and document all inquiries from prospective tenants.
* Perform market research to remain informed of any changes to local demographics, competition, and tenant interests.
* Provide general office support.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
