Job Description:
Our client is inviting a dedicated Evening Home Health Registered Nurse to join their team to support and manage patient care in the Monroeville, PA area. This role is designed for a nurse who thrives in delivering high-quality patient care during evening hours, ensuring the well-being of patients in their homes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide management and execution of patient care plans.
- Serve patients in Monroeville, PA, and surrounding areas.
- Meet important deadlines for patient charting.
- Independently manage time and schedule to cover 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Relevant experience in Med Surge, Telemetry, and ER preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with required local travel.
