Roles and Responsibilities:
Seeking a strong candidate to join the Enterprise Services Procurement Rapid Procurement Team (RPT) What are the main functions of this role? O Working a buyer s queue from start to finish (receipt of Purchase Requisition to delivery of material) o Maintaining contact through email and phone with other Procurement agents, other Supply Chain personnel and with internal and external customers How will the contractor s success be measured? (Quantifiable measurements): o Success will be largely metric based. PO output, cycle time, managing of delinquent report, ticket processing time, customer satisfaction, etc. Culture (Will this contractor be working in a collaborative team environment or as an independent contributor?): This position will require a mixture, however, day to day this position will be an individual contributor
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Skill Sets: o Understanding of supply chain process o Ability to adapt and change o Ability to collaborate with teammates o Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Education Level Required: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience Required (if any): 1 year related experience. Desired Skill Sets: o Financial acumen o Experience with Government contracts, process and procedure preferred o Experience with automation tools o Experience with SAP o Experience with Microsoft Outlook

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $20.00-22.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
