What You'll Do

As our first Senior SDR, you'll be the driving force behind our sales engine, generating new business opportunities and setting us up for success. Your day-to-day will include:


  • Engaging with warm leads generated from our monthly conferences
  • Cold calling to expand our reach and create new opportunities
  • Setting demos with decision-makers in personal injury law firms
  • Managing leads using our HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborating closely with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Contributing directly to our mission and revenue growth
  • Traveling with the team monthly to all our conferences

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Comfortable with both warm and cold outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot

  • Bonus points for experience working with law firms or in the legal industry
