Job Description:
We are seeking a positive and reliable candidate able to join a team that takes pride in building high-quality, industry-leading packaging systems for some of the largest food, beverage, personal care, and pharmaceutical brands in the world! This is an entry-level assembly position that requires basic mechanical skills. Work is closely supervised and is routine or follows standard procedures.
Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform duties required to support machine re-build process operations such as mechanical teardown, using mechanical hand tools as well as drilling, grinding, and punching.
- Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production and safety guidelines.
- Performs basic plumbing such as tube bending, fitting, drilling, and tapping.
- Is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Use of Forklift, overhead crane, Manual, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Press operation.
Physical Demands: The team member may be required to stand, sit, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and greater than 50 pounds with assistance. Normal mental and visual attention is necessary to perform various duties.
