Job duties including:
* Understanding the best practices of customers service
* Welcome and greet guests in a professional manner and provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during their stay.
* Register guests, assign rooms, offer and properly handle guest's requests
* Process credit card transactions according to established policies and procedures
* Thorough understanding of the property management system and Affiliate systems
* Resolves and manages customer situations with a high level of professionalism
* Maintain an organized and clean work area
* Tours the property to ensure safety and security of all associates and guests
* Hotel experience a plus, but will train the right candidate
