**Regent at Burnsville,** a 150-bed independent and assisted living campus, is hiring compassionate **Full-Time** **Servers** to serve our residents their meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike.**No senior care experience necessary!** We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service. **We will train you for this position! Excellent hours for students!** There are **Full-Time,** benefit eligible positions available working Monday through Friday. **Hours:** 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

**Server responsibilities:**
* Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
* Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready.
* Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
* Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
* Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
* Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
* Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
* Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas.
* Perform additional tasks as needed.
**Server skills and requirements:**
* Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills.
* Restaurant experience a plus!
