Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. Subaru vehicles continue to evolve and become more sophisticated! Both Subaru and our retailer (Sheehy Subaru Hagerstown) recognize the importance to communicate these advancements to our customers and assist them in understanding and fully utilizing the features/ benefits of their new vehicle! The Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Specialist is a key member of the retailer staff who is the go to person to explain technology to customers before, during, and after delivery. The Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Specialist is responsible for answering customer questions regarding technology in the showroom and in the service lane. The successful Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Specialist will become the resource for prospective customers, customers, and retailer team members. In addition, the Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Specialist will provide a detailed Subaru delivery to customers which will result in a superior customer experience, repeat sales, and strong customer loyalty to both Subaru and the retailer!
**Responsibilities:**
* Greet customers visiting the showroom.
* Follow up with recently sold customers to schedule and perform Love-Encore
* e-delivery appointments two weeks following their purchase. These appointments include a through explanation of the proper operation of Subaru vehicle features and all documentation/ resources available to them.
* You will assist in solving lingering functionality questions subsequent to purchase in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assist the Subaru Sales department with customer technology questions and concerns **prior to** purchase.
* Assist previous consumers in personalizing their Subaru vehicle technology related questions when visiting our retailer in the service lane or in the showroom.
* Explain, upgrade, and enroll previous customers in Subaru STARLINK telematic services.
* Update the retailer customer contact points with current Point of Purchase material(s).
* Utilize and maintain resources at the retailer to assist in technology related questions and provide information support to teammates.
* Ensure retailers customer lounge area remains stocked with complementary water, coffee products, healthy snacks, etc.
* Deliver an exceptional Subaru experience in all customer interactions!

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be authorized to work in the USA
* Able to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screen
* Must have a valid driver's license
