**Customer Service Representative**

As a growing Employee Owned Manufacturer in the Blackstone Valley we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is detailed oriented. The successful candidate for this role will have a background in manufacturing and a strong command of the companys customer service policies. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Answer incoming calls.
* Contract and purchase order reviews.
* Order entry.
* Follow up on customer quotes.
* Inspection report templates.
* Update customer specifications
* Update and track material certifications.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Three years of related experience. Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to multi-task
* Blue Print Reading (helpful)
**SPECIFIC SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS**
* Basic blue-print reading helpful but not required
