**Customer Service Representative**
**Comfort Master, Inc** is looking for a charismatic and hardworking **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Zebulon. Qualified candidates will have a strong customers service background, great phone presence and are comfortable making outbound calls. **Primary Job Function:** To answer and direct incoming calls. Ensure that each customer contact is initiated in a friendly and courteous manner. Call customers to schedule tune-ups, service appointments and inspections. Will use phone scripts when working with customers. Assist Service Department with customer retention by contacting existing customers and neighbors for the purpose of scheduling maintenance appointments. Send direct mailings to surrounding neighborhoods. Send out thank you cards for reviews given. Other office duties as assigned that can handled via computer or phone.
**Hours:** Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5pm (every 3rd Saturday 7:30am-3pm)
**Pay Rate:** $15.00 - $18.00/hr DOE

**Required Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED
* 2+ years relevant working experience
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
