Description
We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, compassionate and motivated to help others. This position will be a Receptionist in our West Bloomfield location.
We are currently filling the following roles:
- Friday Midnight shift
- Contingent/ PRN- all shifts
Job Duties & QualificationsEssential Responsibilities :
- Answering the phones
- Clerical duties; filing, typing correspondence, creating forms, etc.
- Ensuring that all individuals entering building are authorized and sign in/out.
- Calling 911 at the request of building's Nursing department.
- Respond to fire alarms.
- Complete building security rounds, which include examining doors, windows and fire panels to determine that they are secure and operating properly.
- Complete incident reports and send report to Administrator and keep log on all requests for assistance and performance of such duties. Record data on incident report such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of machinery or equipment for follow up by staff.
- Notify Administrator and/or on-call staff of unusual incidents, death of a resident on the premises and other unusual incidents and concerns.
- Notify maintenance staff when their services are necessary.
- Notify on-call staff for any required information/emergencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
