**Description:** The Shift Leader is committed to excellence, for the restaurant, and the entire restaurant team. As a leader within the Salsaritas team, you will be responsible for working with the manager, setting expectations, and energizing the whole team.

**What were looking for:**
* 1-2 years of shift supervisor experience, preferably in quick casual environments
* Great communication skills
* Someone that is a prompt, dependable leader
* Someone with an outgoing, friendly personality
* Someone that is a team player
* Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
