Job Details
1.Responsible for leading the solution of abnormal equipment failures, outputting analysis and reports;
2.Responsible for the implementation and improvement of AM and PM maintenance plans;
3.Responsible for the statistics, investigation, analysis, and resolution of equipment DT anomalies and special analysis of major problems through 8D, 5Y, and other methods, focusing on solving them;
4.Familiar with mechanical structure and electrical principles
5.Strictly abide by the equipment use specifications and the
company's safety requirements;
6.Cooperate with the equipment use plan arranged by the production department and formulate the corresponding equipment maintenance plan.
Position Requirements
1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above major in mechanical, electrical, automation and other science and engineering;
2.More than 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in the lithium battery industry.
3.Knowledge of mechanical product design, non-standard design, pneumatics, hydraulics, laser welding, vision, etc.
4.The ability to independently complete the regular inspection, maintenance, and maintenance of "maintenance equipment, tools and spare parts";
5.High engineering literacy, good logical thinking ability, data analysis ability;
