Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers:
Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects according to specifications and deadlines.
Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and budgets.
On-Site Coordination:
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Monitor construction progress and quality to identify and address any issues or delays.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
Quality Control:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or questions.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests during the construction phase.
Professional Development:
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Seek opportunities for hands-on learning and skill development under the guidance of experienced construction professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented approach to work, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of construction processes, terminology, and industry standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
