**Starting Rate of pay:** $20.00/hour

**Shifts Available and Hours:** Swing shift 2:00PM-12:30AM

**Shift Premium:** Swing shift additional $1.50/hour

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for application of high-performance coatings for aluminum construction, manufacturing, and industrial products. Please note: this is not automotive or residential/building painting. This relates to vertical industrial painting booths, horizontal spray applications, and mixing chemicals in a manufacturing/production environment

* Communicates with the Plant Supervisor the status of the departments schedule and potential changes, inventory level, special considerations in regarding to production and any concerns as they arise

* Inspects and starts equipment according to company standards

* Receives training on and ensures that Environmental, Safety and Quality Control procedures and policies are strictly adhered to per established company standards and guidelines

**Education and Experience Requirements** :

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* A minimum of 2 years experience in industrial paint applications and management is required
