Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Master s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
  • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults.

  • Competitive Compensation Our Behavioral Health Therapists average $116,467 a year, working 4 days a week. Our top 5 therapists average $135,759+, working 4 days a week. One of our values is our clinicians are as important as our clients. Because of that, we provide a raise and increase to PTO every year for 10 years.
