The Full Time schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM.JOB SUMMARYThe purpose of this position is to manage the greeting and directing of all visitors to the company and handle all incoming calls via the switchboard system (up to 5 lines), and direct them to the appropriate extension or group.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Appropriately handle and direct all calls of a customer service nature with empathy and enthusiasm.* Take messages and forward to appropriate personnel.* Maintain appearances of the following locations: Front Lobby, Conference/Training rooms and Kitchens.* Manage mail, monitor security, organize meetings, and keep reservation calendar.* Provide administrative support and perform other duties required to support the office.* Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
