Debbie s Staffing is recruiting a Control Room Specialist to work for our client in Winston-Salem, NC.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $34.56 per hour

Job Summary: The Control Room Specialist ensures processing meets specifications and quality standards by managing computer-based process control systems. They employ IWS methodologies to optimize Quality, Waste, and Productivity.

Responsibilities

Set up production lines and adjust processes through process system applications.
Monitor, analyze, and adjust processes based on data analysis.
Report faults and breakdowns to support groups.
Coordinate with production planning personnel.
Inspect processing equipment.
Perform Equipment Ownership duties and address losses in assigned areas.
Operate Industrial vehicles and use ladders and powered lifts.

Qualifications

WorkKeys: Applied Math Level 4, Workplace Documents Level 4, Graphic Literacy Level 4, Workplace Observation Level 2 (preferred).
Proficiency in Windows-based software and MS Office Professional Suite.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
Change management commitment.
Leadership skills for small project teams.
High School Diploma with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience. OR
AA degree in Applied Science or a related field with 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
