JCT serves up more than 80,000 pieces of fried chicken per year, and we are seeking an experienced cook who wants to jump into the high-volume excitement! A Cook is responsible for working on his/her assigned station in an organized and level-headed manner, reporting to the Chef team for all instructions. The position requires someone ready to move up the ranks quickly, with a can do attitude and a dollop of southern hospitality!
