Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus. Our technician's are makig an average annual pay of $75,000 to $125,000

Monroe, LA Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities:

What YOU will do:

Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
Run service calls repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement
Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

Qualifications:

What Youre Requirements are:

1 Year Relative Experience
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Has obtained a Class E License or can obtain within probationary period
EPA Certification/ Trade School Certification (preferred)
Flexible availability
Written and verbal communication skills
