POSITION OBJECTIVE:


Chick-fil-A Kuebler Gateway is seeking a Restaurant Manager with the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to all team members. This person will be in a leadership position where they will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and serve. This individual will have their hand in all aspects of the restaurant and will be expected to drive excellence every day. The ultimate goal for this person is to work alongside the Director team to play a key role in growing the business, multiplying the culture, and holding the team accountable. This role is hands-on, so this leader must have the ability to manage multiple areas of the business simultaneously. This results-oriented position will play a vital role in the team s commitment to key metrics such as customer satisfaction, order accuracy, speed of service, cleanliness, and labor productivity. Long term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top leader at Chick-fil-A Kuebler Gateway or potentially be developed into a career with Chick-fil-A beyond the local restaurant.


POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work in the operation, overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes
  • Coach and train your team; celebrate successes while holding team members accountable for performance results
  • Positively impact the team and culture by modeling core values
  • Intentionally invest in and develop team members and mid-level leaders
  • Manage money with accuracy and integrity
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and guest experience.
  • Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and build sustainable sales and profit growth
  • Evaluate logistical needs and plan ahead to ensure that the store runs with excellence at all times
  • Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training, scheduling, inventory, ordering, etc.
  • Meet regularly with Lee and the Director Team to set goals, train, and achieve high goals


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:


  • Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Servant heart; possesses humility; willing to get your hands dirty and jump in where needed
  • Ability to lead large teams
  • Ability to give and receive feedback well
  • Must have a strong sense of integrity; trustworthiness to be a top leader in a thriving business
