We are currently working with a top mid-market IB who are keen to add a new MD or Partner into their Technology M&A team. The firm in question are based in New York but are looking to add capabilities in the valley. They have a small close knit team but have excellent relationships with funds and strategic acquirers globally. They rarely pitch for deals as their origination machine is so strong a lot of deals come to them. Our client is looking for someone who has the industry knowledge and the relationships to bring in deals and generate strong pipeline of work. The ideal candidate will be someone with exceptional and demonstrable originating capabilities in the tech space. Someone with any of the below sector experience would be very interesting;
Tech-Enabled Business Services
Digital Infrastructure
Software
AI
FinTech
The successful candidate will be an M&A professional with a wealth of experience at another top investment bank or advisory firm, or coming from a corporate finance M&A role at a big 4 firm.
