Multiple Senior Environmental Consultants & Process Engineers needed for a Major Mine Expansion Project!

Are you an experienced Environmental Consultant or Process Engineer with a passion for sustainable mining practices? We want you on our team to help lead our upcoming project expansion at a prominent mine in the USA.
About the Role: In this pivotal role, you'll manage various environmental aspects of our project, including permitting, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), air dispersion modelling, and stormwater management. This position involves both on-site and off-site work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the permitting process for increasing mine material throughput and expanding surface area.
Prepare EIS and other regulatory reports.
Conduct air dispersion modelling to assess project impacts on air quality.
Develop stormwater management plans and perform modelling to mitigate environmental impacts.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance.
Provide expert guidance on environmental matters and contribute to sustainable mining practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience as an Environmental Consultant, preferably in the mining industry.
In-depth knowledge of USA environmental regulations and permitting processes.
Experience with Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and EIS preparation.
Proficiency in air dispersion modelling software (e.g., AERMOD) and stormwater modelling tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Certification or licensure in relevant environmental disciplines is a plus.
