Assembly of mechanical housings, systems and hardware for both stand-alone products and products containing printed circuit board assemblies. Primary work is conducted while standing utilizing hand tools (powered and manual), machinery or applicable materials.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.

* Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on the components moisture sensitive levels (MSL).

* Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.

* Identify hardware, wire assemblies, sheet metal and plastic components.

* Work with miniature to large components that may require visual magnification.

* Integrate electronic assemblies and cables into mechanical housings.

* Use various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, torque wrenches and screwdrivers).

* Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCores various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.

* Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.

* Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications **Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**

* Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system (OCuity).

* Perform general physical activities.

* Monitor processes, materials and surroundings.

* Spend time making repetitive hand motion.

* Sense of urgency, successful at meeting deadlines.

* Mechanical aptitude/dexterity and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

* Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.

* Pass IPC-A-610 Modules: 1, 2, 3 & 8.

**Education/Experience:**

* High School Diploma or GED.

* Computer proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Range: $16.00 - $17.00 (Wage to be determined by the experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
