**Position Overview**

The **Food & Beverage Zone Supervisor** will be responsible for driving sales by supervising set-up, opening counts, POS set-up and operations, event execution, during show transfers, closing counts, and breakdown for all concession windows and vending tents in their assigned zones.

**Principal Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**

* Supervise bartenders, beer tenders, and cashiers

* Communicate event notes to zone staff including intermission and last call timing

* Oversee multiple F&B locations including opening, closing, set up, and break down

* Communicate with F&B Warehouse Supervisor and Bar Backs for during show product replenishment

* Be present and available in assigned zone to support the use of the POS devices during the show and assist staff with POS problem solving including cashier voids, reprints, transfers, and general guest inquiries

* Print and distribute Point of Sale (POS) stand sheet documents

* Verify opening counts, transfers, spoils, and ending stand sheet counts. Must also be able to input counts into each stand location

* Receive, count, and inventory all concessions for retail including but not limited to beer, wine, soft drinks, water, liquor mixers, and all packaged snack inventory items.

* Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

* Represent Walton Arts Center / Walmart AMP at both on and off-site events, as requested.

* Maintain professional working relationships with teammates, fellow staff members from other departments, vendors, patrons, and tenants of leased spaces.

* Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

* Maintain security and safety requirements as defined by operations guidelines.

* Maintain compliances with all company policies and procedures

**Education, Training, Traits**

* Must be 21 Years of Age

* High school diploma or GED preferred

* Arkansas Beverage Certification required or willing to obtain within first 30 days of employment

* Exceptional customer service

* Ability to interact and supervise third party subcontract vendors and nonprofit organizations working in a concession-stand or vending location

* Flexibility with hours including early mornings, nights and weekends. Occasional overtime will be required

* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

* Comfortable with consistently adhering to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality

**Work Experience**

* Minimum of 1-year experience in restaurants or large venues is preferred
