The Bay Club Company is a rapidly growing Sports, Active Lifestyle and Hospitality company with a network of affordable luxury properties, including small, boutique-style clubs, sports resorts, and golf clubs. The Bay Club owns twenty-six properties along the west coast, from San Diego to Seattle, and is looking to expand into new markets with an extremely active M&A pipeline. The Bay Club Company is headquartered in San Francisco and is owned by KKR, a leading global investment firm.
This position is based in downtown San Francisco.
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with company executives across all functional departments including Accounting, Legal, Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing
- Designs, builds, and presents financial models to drive business insights, liquidity management, and robust forecasting.
- Ad hoc analyses.
Skills:
- Prior accounting and finance experience required.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal presence, with the ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior leaders.

Salary: Salary range of $90,000-$115,000, plus bonus and equity components and a complimentary Bay Club membership.
