Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

Position Summary:

This Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of TKO s SEC filings. This role will also support the Company s lease accounting process as well as assist in the coordination and preparation of financial statements for our statutory audits. This role will interact with members of the Finance & Accounting team, and also with other employees across business lines, including exposure to senior management.


Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and assist in various financial reporting functions, including financial statement footnote support, analytics, etc.
  • Support the lease accounting process for WWE including review of contracts, creation of amortization schedules and preparation of monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of information in support of TKO s annual audit and quarterly reviews, as well as WWE s statutory audits.
  • Work closely with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance and operational teams to enhance policies and processes surrounding financial reporting and lease accounting.
  • Develop a high level of expertise in the company s accounting software, JD Edwards (JDE) and Hubble reporting software.
  • Other duties, including special projects and analysis for senior management, as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or Master s degree in Accounting/Finance highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within a public company or a public accounting firm.
  • Understanding of SEC, GAAP and SOX compliance is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, is a must.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive; able to function in a fast paced, dynamic environment and still pay close attention to details.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and periodic long days.
  • Ability to travel periodically for work.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
