What You Will Do

The Korry Repair Station provides repair and modification services for all Korry Electronics products. This position performs a variety of complex technical tasks to support our customers. These tasks revolve around the repair, overhaul, modification, test, diagnosis and inspection of aerospace electronic and electro-mechanical components and assemblies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Test, evaluate, disassemble, and repair aerospace electronic and electro-mechanical components and assemblies under FAA Part 145 regulations.
  • Interpret and verify customer complaints.
  • Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Perform maintenance using Component Maintenance Manuals and other technical documentation.
  • Document findings and develop repair plans under supervision of FAA Part 65 Repairmen.
  • Document work performed to return repair articles to service.
  • Generate test reports.
  • Work under limited supervision.
  • Maintain the high ethical standards, even when challenged from above.
  • Understand and live by Korry's ethics and business conduct policies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum AA/AS degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post-high school training (two years duration), or equivalent military training, in Electronics.
  • Experience with digital and analog electronics and general hands-on mechanical experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years' combined training/experience in electronics.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working under FAA Part 145 regulations.

Work Hours

  • Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
  • Occasionally it may be required to work outside normal hours, including weekends, to meet the customer needs.

Salary Range

Please note the typical hiring range is $25.00- $32.00 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
