Summary of Position:

Leads the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities in the Completions and Maintenance Hangars including but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for complete management of Repair Station Work Orders in compliance with P145 Repair Station Manual, Quality Control Manual and FAA regulations
  • Maintain all P145 Work Orders while working closely with Maintenance Supervisors and Quality Control supervisors
  • Generate different types of Work Orders for Completions and Maintenance Aircrafts while understanding FAA and Law 262 requirements
  • Responsible for developing detailed invoices for P145 maintenance customers
  • Complete itemization of all billable tasks as per proposals and Over and Above maintenance carried out as per IETPs, services utilized through external vendors and materials issued.
  • Lead Preliminary DP90 reviews with Customers and Customer Support Managers to ensure alignment
  • Ensure contractual compliance while generating invoices while aligning with Customer Support Managers and CST Proposals department
  • Required to interface with customers, CSM, hangar personnel, and company department supervisors/managers to ensure efficient work order flow in the hangar and final invoicing to customer.
  • Review Quoted and Actual Hours in work orders match with Customer Discrepancy Log (CDL)

Lead P145 efficiency projects focused on improvement of AC Repair Turn Around Time,

Invoice generation time, Services Planning for ACs, Technician Maintenance hours tracking in

database etc.

  • Plan and manage indirect Purchasing for P145
  • Generate Purchase Requisitions (RDAs) for P145 and receive invoices
  • Maintain a complete log of RDAs issued, invoices received, services received from different vendors
  • Track and manage RDA approval through the MARA system
  • Track P145 Lead P145 efficiency projects Accruals
  • Manages P145 month end closing while coordinating closely with Finance
  • Work with P145 Business Manager to manage P145 Opex
  • Budget
  • Interface with Finance with respect to P145 Invoices, Pro-Forma Invoices, Credits, Cash - Deposits, Revenue forecast, Work Breakdown Structures, Work Order Structure, Internal Orders, WIP Cost, COMP/ PBH, Customer Discounts, Cost, Profitability etc.
  • Update Work Order Recorder and Customer Maintenance Breakdown weekly
  • Review with MPTS to ensure accuracy of parts consumed to work orders
  • Ensure AS9100 compliance for technician signoff through P145 comparison reports
  • Manage travel planning for CMRO Technicians and Quality Control Inspectors
  • Arrange Domestic and International travel and accommodations for P145 technicians and QC
  • Review Concur expenses with technicians and QC Inspectors
  • Ensuring timekeeping accuracy for all technicians daily
  • Ordering of office supplies for P145
  • Assist with new employees with paperwork and SAP profiles
  • Perform administrative duties while the Executive Assistant is out of the office.

Qualifications for Position:

Education:

Associates Degree Required- Bachelor s degree a plus

Experience:

Minimum of 2 or 3 years of relatable experience

Competencies & Attributes:

Applicant must be highly organized, able to effectively follow-up, have both keen interpersonal and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.). (S)he must possess proactive approach to new processes and create solutions for procedure deficiencies. Working knowledge of SAP, extremely strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure with stringent deadlines. (S)he will be a competent leader, able to provide guidance that enhances company performance with the goal of sustainable long-term company profitability.
